If your order faces these additional costs, you (the customer) are responsible for covering them in order for your package to pass through customs. Please note that once your order is shipped, we cannot refund any shipping fees if you choose not to accept the customs charges. patchloads does not handle these duties or taxes, and we cannot estimate what they might be. 

It varies! Orders with standard shipping generally take 4 to 12 business days to reach you. In the shopping cart, you have the option to select faster handling, including insurance, which can speed up delivery to 3 to 4 business days. While things usually go as expected, delivery times may still be affected due to customs. We appreciate your patience! Feel free to reach out to us if you need assistance with your order.

You have the option to return your order for a full refund. Keep in mind that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we’re unable to refund the original shipping fees. No need to worry, though—we’re here to assist!
