Tracking your order:
- After shipment, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (if you selected the package tracking, faster handling, and insurance option in the shopping cart).
- Tracking information can also be viewed in your account on the website.
- Tracking details may take 24-48 hours to update after receiving the tracking number.
Shipping times:
- Standard shipping typically takes 4 to 12 business days.
- You have the option in the shopping cart to select faster handling, package tracking, and insurance for a reduced delivery time of 3 to 4 business days.
- Customs may cause delays, and delivery times can vary.
- We strive to offer same-day fulfilment on most weekdays and Saturdays, excluding holidays. If you order on Saturday night or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
International shipping:
- Patchloads offers worldwide shipping.
- Some shipments may incur import duties, fees, or taxes based on the destination.
- The customer is responsible for covering any additional customs costs for the package to pass through customs.
- Shipping fees cannot be refunded if customs charges are not accepted.
- Patchloads does not handle customs duties or taxes and cannot estimate their cost.
- Customers should check with local customs offices for potential charges.
Insurance for Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
- For an additional insurance fee of just $4.99, which can be selected in the shopping cart, your delivery is fully protected against loss, damage, or theft. In addition you will receive your package faster!
- Patchloads is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages unless the insurance fee has been paid.
- If the insurance fee is paid, you will receive a full replacement for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Without the insurance, Patchloads cannot offer any compensation or take responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
- If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, check your mailbox and contact your courier with your tracking number for further information.
