Terms & Conditions Switzerland
This page (along with the documents referenced on it) outlines the terms and conditions (Terms & Conditions) under which we supply any of the products (Products) listed on our website www.patchloads.com (the Site) to you. The Products listed on the Site may be supplied directly by Patchloads.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from the Site. By ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You may print a copy of these Terms & Conditions by selecting the print option from the “File” menu of your browser. Additionally, please note that your use of the Site is subject to the terms found in our Website Terms of Use, which apply whether or not you make a purchase.
We take your privacy seriously. The types of personal data we process depend on how you use our services. We use your personal data to customize our online and in-store services to your preferences, process purchases and services, handle your inquiries, communicate with you about tailored products and services that may interest you, manage prize draws or competitions, or handle necessary administrative tasks. 1. Information about us
The Site is operated by Patchloads GmbH (referred to as "we" or "us"). We are registered in Switzerland, with our office located at Breitenmattstr. 48, 8196 Wil Zürich.
2. How the contract is formed between you and us
2.1 You may place an order to purchase a Product listed for sale on the Site by following the prompts after selecting the item of interest. You will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors in your order up until you submit your order by clicking the "Proceed to Secure Payment" button on the "Payment details" page. No changes can be made after this point.
2.2 Once you place an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order, including an order number and a summary of your order. Please note this does not mean we have accepted your order. Your order is an offer to buy a Product, and all orders are subject to our acceptance. We will confirm our acceptance by sending an email when your Product has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us for the sale of a Product is only formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
2.3 Each contract will pertain only to the Products listed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We are not obligated to supply any other Products that may have been part of your order until their dispatch is confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
2.4 We may decline to accept your order for any reason, and we will not be liable to you or anyone else in these instances.
2.5 We may be unable to process your order if:
- The Product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued, or
- There is an issue with payment authorization.
2.6 Certain Products available on the Site are subject to legal age restrictions. We are prohibited by law from supplying these Products to anyone underage, and by using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (including your date of birth) is accurate and complete.
3. Delivery
3.1 We will deliver the Products to you in line with the delivery option you selected when placing your order.
3.2 We will dispatch all Products from your order in a single shipment whenever possible, but occasionally they may be sent in multiple packages. Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. For details on delivery options and areas we serve, please refer to our FAQ section. We do not deliver to multiple addresses within the same order.
3.3 Some bulky or heavy items may incur additional delivery charges, which will be added at checkout. Please confirm you are satisfied with any delivery charges before finalizing your order.
4. Risk and Ownership
4.1 Once delivered, the Products become your responsibility, except in cases where Products are faulty, damaged, or delivered incorrectly. We are not liable for loss, damage, or destruction once the Products are delivered.
4.2 Ownership of the Products will pass to you either upon delivery or upon receipt of full payment for the Products, whichever occurs later.
5. Price and Payment
5.1 Product prices are as listed on the Site, except in cases of obvious errors.
5.2 Prices include SWISS VAT but exclude delivery costs.
5.3 Prices may change, but any changes will not affect orders for which a Dispatch Confirmation has already been sent.
5.4 Orders must be paid in full before they can be completed. Payment can be made using major credit or debit cards by entering the required information on the "Payment details" page.
5.5 By using a credit/debit card, you confirm that the card belongs to you. All mandatory fields must be filled in. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not accept your order, and we are not liable for delays or non-delivery. We are not required to provide the reason for the refusal.
5.6 The Site may contain errors in pricing. We will correct any errors as soon as we become aware of them. If a Product's correct price is higher than the listed price, we will either contact you for further instructions or reject your order and inform you of the cancellation.
6. Our Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy
6.1 You may cancel your order before dispatch or within 10 days of receipt. To cancel before dispatch, contact us at support@patchloads.com. To cancel after dispatch, visit our website for assistance. The right to cancel in this section is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our FAQ for more information.
6.2 Exceptions (a) Products cannot be canceled if they are perishable, personalized, sealed for hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery, or fall under other similar categories unless they were delivered damaged or faulty. (b) If your order contains products supplied by a third party, follow the returns process outlined in the document received from the third-party supplier.
6.3 Once dispatched, Products must be returned to us or the third-party supplier at your own risk and in their original packaging.
6.4 We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Our Liability
7.1 We are legally obligated to supply Products that conform to the contract. We are not responsible for any unforeseeable losses or for any business-related losses (such as loss of profit, contracts, goodwill, or missed opportunities).
7.2 This does not exclude or limit our liability in cases of death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Swiss law.
7.3 You must follow any guidance we provide to ensure the safety and correct use of the Products (including any instructions or manuals provided). We are not responsible for any damage to Products resulting from failure to follow these instructions.
7.4 Nothing in section 7 or elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
8. Notices
Any formal legal notices should be sent to us at our Customer Service address, as indicated in the “Contact Us” section.
9. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable or responsible for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the cause is beyond our reasonable control.
10. General
10.1 If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be removed, but the rest of the Terms & Conditions will remain fully valid.
10.2 We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice by updating the Site. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed by Dispatch Confirmation.
10.3 Failure by us to enforce a right under these Terms & Conditions does not mean we waive that right. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms & Conditions to another party.
10.4 You and we agree that Swiss law governs these Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to them will be resolved exclusively by the Swiss courts in Zurich. By law, we must inform you that contracts can only be concluded in English and that no public filing requirements apply.

12. Registration
To access this Service, you must complete a registration process and fill out an online health questionnaire regarding your health and the reasons for ordering medicines. It is crucial to disclose all relevant information, as this may impact the medicines and the advice provided by our pharmacists. By registering and completing the health questionnaire, you confirm that the information provided is both accurate and complete. If any of your details change, you agree to update your registration information promptly. All personal data will be securely stored and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Patchloads reserves the right to decline a registration request and may suspend or terminate your access to this Service at any time if it is deemed to negatively affect Patchloads or other users.
13. Age Restrictions
We only process orders from individuals aged 18 or over. By placing an order for pharmacy-only medicines, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
14. Medicines for others
If you are ordering a medicine for someone other than yourself or your children, you must have the consent of the individual requesting the medication. By placing an order for someone else’s medication, you confirm that you have their permission to do so.
15. Verification
When we receive your order, we will verify it against the details provided in your health questionnaire. If any issues arise, we will attempt to contact you using your registration information. If we are unable to reach you or cannot process the sale, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
16. When a binding agreement to supply is made
No order for pharmacy-only medicines is binding on Patchloads until we have sent you written confirmation (which may be via email). We reserve the right to reject any order for pharmacy-only medicines.
17. Non-Availability/Suitability
If an item in your order is unavailable or unsuitable for sale through this Service, we will try to contact you using your registration details.
18. Your cancellation rights
Once your order is received, we will begin processing it. In line with our main terms and conditions, orders for medicines cannot be canceled.
19. Disclaimer
Nothing in these terms and conditions should be interpreted as medical, commercial, legal, or professional advice. Professional advice should be sought before making any decisions based on the information in these terms or any communication resulting from your use of this Service.
20. Warning
Failure to comply with this warning could seriously impact your health. Not all products are suitable for all medical conditions, and some may interfere with existing treatments or exacerbate a condition. If in doubt, please consult a member of our team before placing an order.

Use of this Service outside Switzerland
This Service is available within Switzerland only.
21. Delivery
If you opt for next-day delivery, and your order is received by:
- 2 p.m., Monday to Friday, your order will be delivered the next working day to the address you provided.
22. Postage and Packaging
All items will be shipped to the address provided during registration or to an alternative address if specified by you. Please note that we have no control over postal services and cannot be held liable for items not received after dispatch. Given the nature of the products, we recommend that you or a designated representative be available to receive the order and store it in a safe place. Once the packaging has been opened after delivery, we are not liable for lost or damaged items or for any privacy breaches that may result from third parties gaining access to the package contents.
23. Notification of errors
You should inspect the items delivered to you carefully and promptly. If you believe there has been an error or that the items have been tampered with, please contact us immediately and refrain from using any of the items.
24. Changes to our Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your agreement to the revised terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
