Terms and Conditions (T&C) for UGC Content Creators of Patchloads
1. Ownership of Content
All content created by UGC Content Creators for Patchloads, including but not limited to videos, images, texts, designs, and any other materials related to the promotion of Patchloads' Vitamin Patches, is the sole and exclusive property of Patchloads. Patchloads retains all rights to the created content, regardless of the platform or medium used for its creation or publication.
2. Ownership of Social Media Accounts
All social media accounts that include the name "Patchloads" or any variation thereof and are used to create or distribute content related to Patchloads’ Vitamin Patches (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.) are the sole property of Patchloads.
3. Mandatory Provision of Login Credentials
All UGC Content Creators and any other individuals or entities commissioned by Patchloads to create social media accounts or promote Patchloads’ Vitamin Patches are required to provide the login credentials for these accounts to Patchloads upon request. This applies regardless of whether the accounts were created directly under the name of Patchloads or for its benefit.
4. Right to Modify or Delete Content
Patchloads reserves the right to modify, delete, or remove any content related to its Vitamin Patches from social media accounts at its sole discretion. This includes the right to deactivate or delete entire social media accounts at any time without prior notice or consent.
5. Liability and Compliance with Platform Guidelines
UGC Content Creators must ensure that all content complies with the guidelines of the respective social media platforms and does not infringe upon any legal or contractual rights of third parties. Patchloads assumes no liability for any breaches of platform guidelines or legal disputes arising from the activities of UGC Content Creators.
6. ConfidentialityAll information shared during the collaboration with Patchloads is strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from Patchloads.
7. Termination and Return of Access CredentialsUpon termination of the collaboration, UGC Content Creators are required to immediately transfer all login credentials, content, and materials related to Patchloads’ Vitamin Patches back to Patchloads.
